Our origins date back to
1983 when James Martin established a publishing and media
M&A practice in the US to assist management and ownership in the valuation and sale of their operations.
We provide integrative growth and development support for start-up, new and mature operations--
including merger & acquisition auction which provides our client with the potential to draw from a specific
audience willing and able to provide the price and terms it can afford
to complement its own
existing operations in a specific time period.
Some of the process includes minimum bidding specifications, specific holding times
a finite playing
field, soliciting and reviewing bids account for the auction foundation through closing.
We also represent our clients in the search, evaluation and negotiation of potential acquisition candidates.
The goal here is always to produce arms-length prospects that offer a complement to existing operations for
the long term.
We also take equity positions in ourtstanding opportunities in North America, Asis and Europe.
